I have an Indiana strat-like guitar which is very similar to the Fender Stratocaster (but not identical in dimensions). If I spec out the wrap I want using the Fender Stratocaster Standard model (very similar to what I have), will it fit?

Not perfectly. Your best bet is to get the uncut skin and do it yourself. Its a little more time consuming but the price is a little less too.
