Clarissafiller writes "Hi,I think that you are Amorina in Deviantart. I am Clarissa and I am trying to send my works but appear always this message "All files that do not adhere to the guidelines may not be approved for submission." I followed the instructions regarding the size and more, I do not understand what must change! Can you help me?"

We are looking into the error message that you are receiving and will get back to you shortly.

If you have already uploaded designs, it is not necesary to reregister when you come back to the site to upload. There is a "returning user" button.

Hi, I have been trying to upload my files but keep getting an error : 404 page not found. I also want to know how to bipass the state required field if you do not live in the USA. Once my files are up am I going to have a gallery for people to visit or is just one big database ?
I assume that I will be able to upload my files even if I am on dial-up.
I can't think of anything else at the moment that could be causing the problem.
Thank you for your help.
Here is an example of one of my designs "wrapped" on my own guitar.

In your case, where there is no state or the choice is not offered to enter, the drop down offers "N/A" for not applicable. The field must be filled so that you can proceed or you will get that error message. Sorry for the trouble and I hope this helps you and other artists that run into this issue.

I have been having problems uploading my files. I keep getting an error every time I try. As a trial I posted a smaller file and it worked but when I tried to send the one with the right size I got the error again. Any solutions ?
Thank you for your help.
